The amount of red tape keeps increasing, which has led to some crazy examples of government overreach:
- The state of Texas requires all new computer technicians to get a private investigators license.
- In Massachusetts, all children in daycare centers are required to brush their teeth after lunch.
- In Milwaukee, a special license must be purchased in order to have a “going out of business sale.” But, if the business is failing, how can the owner afford an expensive license?
