Consumer sentiment rose sharply this month, placing the economic indicator at its highest level in 15 years. This actually blew past the predictions by economists who forecasted a drop in the sentiment score.
Though not yet at a record high, the overall trend is promising. Furthermore, the number has now made a full recovery from a brief drop that began in late 2018.
